Navigating Your Portal

Your Sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It shows only the modules that are active for your account, so your portal is tailored to the services you use. Click any item to jump to that section.

Finding What You Need

Your portal is organized into logical groups. Analytics modules (Search Console, Google Analytics, Website Health) are grouped together. Support tools like HelpDesk and Invoices have their own sections. If you have industry-specific features like Events or Directory, those appear too.

Quick Tips

• Overview is always your starting point — it gives you a snapshot of everything at a glance.
• Use the sidebar to move between modules. The active page is highlighted so you always know where you are.
• If you do not see a module you expect, your agency team may not have enabled it yet. Reach out to your account manager to ask about adding it.

Mobile Access

Your portal works on phones and tablets. On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a menu icon at the top left. Tap it to open navigation, then tap any module to go there.
