How to request a change
Good news: you don't have to touch anything technical. We make the changes for you — you just tell us what you need. Think of us as your website team on call.
What we can change
Just about anything: text and headlines, photos, business hours, prices, staff, a new page, menu items, links, PDFs, and more. If you're not sure, ask — the answer is usually yes.
How to send us a great request
The clearer your request, the faster it's done. When you can, include:
- Which page (a link or the page name)
- Exactly what to change — it helps to say "change this to that"
- Any photos or files, attached right to the request
What happens next
We'll confirm we got it, make the change, and let you know when it's live — usually within a day or two for simple edits. Bigger projects we'll scope with you first.
