How to Request a Website Change
Last updated 7/28/2026
Need something changed on your site?
Website edits — new text, a swapped photo, updated hours, a fresh page — go through your HelpDesk. That keeps every request in one place with a clear status, so nothing gets lost in email.
How to submit a request
- Click HelpDesk in the sidebar.
- Click New Request and choose the Website Edit category.
- Describe the change and click Submit.
What to include (this speeds us up a lot)
- The page — paste the URL of the page that needs the change.
- The exact change — the new wording, the new hours, or what to remove. If it’s an image, attach the new one.
- A screenshot if it helps show what you mean — you can attach files right to the request.
What happens next
You’ll get an email confirmation, and you can track the status of every request from the HelpDesk screen. We’ll update the ticket as we work on it and let you know when it’s live.
Edit time counts against your monthly hours (see Tracking Your Monthly Edit Hours). Batching a few changes into one request is a great way to make the most of your included time.
