Something not working? Start here
Most hiccups clear up in seconds. Try these first — and if it's still not right, we'll jump on it.
The 30-second fixes
- Hard refresh the page — Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). This clears an old cached version.
- Try another browser or your phone. If it works there, it's usually a cache issue on your device.
- Site looks down? Try it on your phone's cellular data — it may just be your internet.
Not getting form emails?
Check your spam folder first. If you have your ClearSite portal, every submission is also saved under Form Submissions — you'll never lose a lead. (No portal yet? Request access — it's included with your plan.)
