Submitting a HelpDesk Ticket
Last updated 4/4/2026
How to Submit a Ticket
Navigate to the HelpDesk section in your sidebar. Click the New Ticket button to open the submission form. Give your ticket a clear, descriptive title and provide as much detail as possible in the description.
Writing a Good Ticket
The more information you include, the faster your team can help. Describe what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any steps to reproduce the issue. If it involves a specific page on your website, include the URL. Screenshots are helpful too.
Choosing a Priority
Select a priority level that matches the urgency. Use High for issues that are blocking your business (like your site being down). Use Medium for things that need attention soon but are not emergencies. Use Low for general requests or nice-to-have improvements.
Tracking Your Tickets
After submitting, your ticket appears in your HelpDesk list. You can see its current status — open, in progress, or resolved. Click any ticket to view the full conversation thread and any updates from your agency team.
Responding to Updates
When your agency team replies or asks for more information, you will see the update on the ticket. Add your response directly in the ticket thread to keep everything in one place. This makes it easy for everyone to follow the conversation history.
