Your monthly edit hours

Every plan includes a set number of website edit hours each month. The Hours & Edits page shows exactly where you stand so there are no surprises.

1. Click Hours & Edits in the sidebar.
2. The bar at the top shows hours used versus hours included this month.
3. Below the bar is a line-by-line log of every request we handled and how long it took.

How much is included

Basic Admin includes 2 hours per month; Advanced SEO includes 5 hours. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

If you go over

If you exceed your included hours, additional time is billed at $125/hour. You will see an alert before that happens, so you are never surprised by an overage.

A note on how time is counted

Website edits have a 15-minute minimum — a quick change counts as 15 minutes, and longer work logs the actual time. The minimum is there so small requests get batched together, not to pad longer jobs. Only website edits are billed; questions, calls, and general emails are not.
