Understanding Your Website Health Score

Last updated 4/4/2026

What Is Website Health?

The Website Health module monitors your website around the clock to make sure it is online, loading quickly, and working properly. Think of it as a checkup for your website.

Your Health Score

Your health score is a percentage based on your site uptime — how often your site is available and responding. A score of 99% or higher is excellent. If your score drops, it means your site experienced some downtime.

Uptime Monitoring

We check your website at regular intervals throughout the day. When your site is up and responding normally, that counts toward your uptime. If it fails to respond or returns an error, that counts as downtime and your agency team is alerted.

What to Do If Your Score Drops

Do not panic — brief dips can happen due to server maintenance or temporary network issues. If you see extended downtime, your agency team is likely already working on it. You can also submit a HelpDesk ticket to ask about it.

Response Time

Besides uptime, you may see response time data showing how fast your site loads. Faster is better — most visitors expect pages to load in under 3 seconds. If response times are consistently slow, your team can investigate hosting or optimization improvements.
